I've started using the fabric softener and hot water. Seems to be working very well. Not terribly fast (but neither am I) but everything is coming off very clean. And my house and hands smell really good! I'm glad I can open the windows....too much of that smell isn't a good thing!

Glad to hear. My DSis just bought a hose with wall paper. She has decided to live with it for the moment, but I now know what to tell her when the time comes that she is ready to be rid of it. Good luck with the rest of the project!!

Do not try the fabric softener in your microwave. DD#1 decided one time that she'd pour a little in the microwave and zap it to get rid of the burned popcorn smell. Not good. Polly

Nope. Last we heard of that microwave, the SWAT team had taken it out to the range for target practice. Polly
