WAY OT: iTunes help

Okay, someone out there usually has some knowledge about most everything so here goes: I recently got an external hard drive and migrated all my iTunes/iPod files to it. Now, when I want to edit track information, nothing happens, and when I try to go under 'Advanced' and use 'Edit Track Information', it's greyed out and I can't change anything. I have a few untitled tracks that I'm slowly figuring out who they are (it's amazing what you can find when you Google a snippet of lyrics! (which unfortunately doesn't help with instrumental tracks and songs sung in, say, Gaelic;-)) but after this move I don't seem to have that ability and my Google searching for just such an answer is not working out for me. I've tried the suggestions that I've found and they haven't worked. Help?

I don't know if this is your problem or not, but maybe iTunes is having problems finding the library now that its been moved.

You might try looking at this from Apple's support page, maybe changing a few settings will work.

Generally I find Apple's support is pretty good, so I'd recommend searching the support pages or checking Apple's discussion groups. Someone just may know the answer to your problem.
