Sorry to do this here, I should have kept track of who emailed me about this. She has gotten her first letter, and I was wrong, she can't quite read size 14 font. So just up it to 16 and we'll see how that goes. She made out most of it, so I think 16 should do it. Thanks! And I'm going to buy her a felt tip pen so she can see to answer you back.
