The Northern Lake County Quilters Guild (in Illinois) had its biennial show this weekend. I won first place in "bed size/machine quilted" and I sold two quilts totalling $375!

Congratulations on your win! It is also good to sell a few things. Our next quilt show is in 2008, and I'm already working on things to sell. At the last show, my work counted for about 1/4 of the boutique sales. Our boutique works on donations and also consignment items. It is really well stocked for the size of the guild and the size of the show.
