I give up. Anyone know how to link Verizon DSL to Microsoft Outlook. Thanks, Kate

Try this link:

or

if you still have a problem, let me know privately and I'll see if there is any way that I can help. I'm not sure if you've used Outlook before, but you have to go to Tools and Accounts to set up a mail and a news account.

Hi Kate,

I have earthlink DSL. When I wanted to set up Outlook as my email program I went to

and they had a support menu that told me exactly how to set it up for Microsoft Outlook. Try looking at the Verison site. What you're looking for Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) addresses. They will something like "pop.earthlink.net"

If their web site isn't of much help try calling the Version service number. I've found over the years the support department to be very helpful. They'll walk people like me through the menus and help me find them when I'm having problems.
