3 more months

Goals? Ha! I don't think I've scrapped more than 2 pages for my own books this year!!

Maybe 2004.... lol

I was doing really well up until work got extemely busy. I haven't had a chance to scrap most of the past month and 1/2.... Talk about withdrawl. I have planned a scrap get together in two weeks so maybe I can get back on track.

I had set out to finish my heritage book. I hit a bump in the road a few months ago when I decided that it would be better to start over with a bigger album from CM. I am 2 sets of pages into it and almost done. Not to mention that my husband has been off for the past month so I have not gotten as much done. I did not get started on my son's books like I had wanted and I do not think that I am going to get my 4 neices ABC books set up for my two sister in laws to add the pictures to. I am just happy that the heritage book is almost done and I can work on the more up to date photos.

Very good. I think I set my goal for pages at 75 maybe? 50? I'll have to google myself. I lost track but I know I'm very close to 100 right now.

As for classes and crops, I haven't been to as many classes as I'd like, but I've been to waaay more crops than I thought I'd be able to. I've done very well this year.

There wasn't a group goal. You weren't here in Jan. right? Back at the new year, there was a thread where we set scrapbooking goals for ourselves for the year.

I've just started to set goals for myself... well loose easy to acheive goals. Ya'll remember my friend blow a month or 2 ago. My goal was to find new Scrap booking friends. So, I've bravely asked new people to my crops and one actually came. She's coming again next month. I decided to investigate some scrap booking stores and find one I might want to do some crops with and get to know people. The LSS near me has just gone down hill since they enlarged the store. The Customer service is SO rude. So, I thought I'll just find another store.

Tara, I ,too did better than I thought. I finished my Me book and it is very full! Did a lot of paperpiecings and recipes ,keeping up with the journals and still managed to buy more stuff! LOL Hugs,

Tara, I can't remember what my goal was!! :) But, if I didn't achieve it before the wee one arrived, then it's probably not going to happen! Maybe next year... LOL

I am doing pretty well. My goals were:

1. Do at least two pages a week. Sometimes I get none doen adn other times I get 6 or 8 done. So long as it averages out I can stay on top of my stuff.
2. Start yearly portrait picture albums for both of my kids. I lack 2 spreads having this caught up.
3. Complete our home construction album by our one year anniversary in the house. Not gonna make it. Its 3/4 way done and Oct 19th is the deadline. BUT - I feel good - it'll be done before the year rolls around.
4. Unpack and organize my stuff in my scrap room. I don't know if I'll get this done or not. Maybe over the holidays when i have some time off.

Such an organized one, you are! Congrats on keeping up with your goals! HOw are those adorable kids of yours?

Ok, I went googling and found the original thread. I wanted to get caught up on all of my old pages before the baby came..I missed the goal by about 4 pages! Now I just want to try to keep caught up! LOL

You mean I was supposed to set goals? LOL I set them occasionally for my stitching and just laugh when I realize the month passed and I didn't do ONE THING on ANY of the pieces. LOL

Maybe next year... just like for my sports teams some years.
