About Marie - (marebear)

I just called Marie (marebear) and she is doing great...except that their cable and threfore their cable modem has been down for the last two weeks due to some main line having been compromised during a storm. They have been told that they should be back online in a couple of days so hopefully we will see her then! So we can all breathe a sigh of relief, she is ok!

oh yay! I just dug her phone number out last night and was going to call her today but you beat me to it! So glad....

if she has time warner or comcast they SHOULD have a dialup number for them to use temporarily.....

Unfortunately she doesn't but I believe she said something about her provider being taken over/merged/bought out or something... by Time Warner.

Thanks for checking on Marie. Her last emails seemed to describe someone having a very hard time, so it sure made us wonder how she was. Nice to hear it is just something so simple like lack of ISP temporarily.

YAY!!! that would rock... despite the problems I've had with time warner lately, I've been an employee/customer of theirs for over 15 years... good company overall.
