Album we're doing tonight

I thought I would share the paper-bag album I am teaching tonight. I have

15 people registered. I'm pretty nervous, but I'm hoping that I'll do a decent job for this lady and her friends!

MC,

It looks really cute! I never would have thought to make something like that.

I have question about paperbag albums in general. If you attach photos or other memorabilia to the pages, how do you protect them from fingerprints, stains, etc.? I'm just thinking of all the work that goes into it and it would be a shame if it got messed up but then you don't want to not let people look at it.

Thanks and I'm sure you'll do a great job with the class.

That looks great MC! They're going to love it, and have lots of fun, too. I know you'll do a great job! I like how you used the whole bag, instead of folding them. Very different from the usual paper bag album, but very likeable.

The bags aren't folded, in fact I get them at Michael's and I actually cut about 1.5 inches off each bag. It just makes the proportion look right. They are attached with small binder clips and the ribbons are tied on the clips.

Well the workshop was a great success. Thank you all for your support, it helped to know that you guys believed that I could pull this off! Everyone including the person considered by all the guests to be the scrapbook diva in their group, loved the project. When I showed them what I had in mind for the next workshop their Diva booked me for a party at her house! I charged them $10 to cover the supplies for the albums and on top of that we did great business. My hostess' SIL also booked a party and the hostess herself will tell me Monday if she is joining as a consultant. Her mother is considering joining under her, just cause she wants the products in the big kit at the September special price. So hopefully I'll have two new team members by the end of the month! Believe it or not she had 19 people there, more than she expected and some ended up working a project kit together. To top it all off, I sold two LifeTimez software packages and a whole bunch of the limited edition Frog mini books. Today, I am tired but happy. Now I have to come up with cards for my group meeting on Thursday.

This is lots of fun!
