Hi,
I have just uploaded another 2 page LO of DH's construction work on the back of the house.
LOL He must have a good sense of humor. Do you rent him out? He does a great job. Hugs, Bonnie A
Thanks Tammie....BTW the shirt was a freebie from the builder's merchant...advertising some wood adhesive or other LOL
Take care, Marilyn
LOL Yes he makes me laugh every day with his quick wit :o) Sorry he isn't for sharing Bonnie...after 38 years he is definately a keeper! Have to agree he does a great job but he is a builder to trade :o) Only problem I have is getting my work done, since he is in such great demand.
Take care, Marilyn
Great lo Marilyn. Love the shirt.
Thanks Cathy :o)
Take care, Marilyn
Love how you incorporated the bricks into the background of the LO. Yes, that's a neat shirt, and I know exactly what you mean about getting your own work done. My step-mother said she divorced my Dad because she got tired of waiting for the kitchen cabinets. (there were other issues, but that was the family joke) They were maried for 15 years and he never got around to finishing the kitchen after practially gutting it the 2nd year of their marriage. She lived with 6' of cabinet and counter space all those years. He was also a carpenter by trade.

I love how you incorporated the t-shirt into the LO....too funny! The brickwork for the journaling is such a great idea.
Thanks again Deb! It was a flash of inspiration to create a concrete blockwork effect....since the extension is blockwork anyway. Since DH is a stonemason/bricklayer to trade I thought it also part of his story. It did become a bit time consuming though....chalking all the edges..... but I think the end result was worth it. :o)
