Creating Keepsakes - frustrated beyond belief!

I ordered from CreatingKeepsakes the first week of September and last week received one of the three products I ordered. No packing slip-just one product. The only tracking number I was given was for the shipping of this one product. Four calls to customer service and two unanswered emails (and 8 days later) I have been given the number of someone named Shari at CK who is supposed to get back to me "soon". I really don't know when-I can only get her voice mail.

I tried registering at the CK website so I could post on their forums to see if anyone else is having problems. Well, it let me register, but when I go to post, I get in an unending loop of "you haven't registered" and "you need to sign in".

Anyone here of problems with CK lately with shipping? I've ordered from them before and not had problems, but this round of unanswered emails and diverted phone calls has me unbelievably frustrated.

From reading other posts on the forum, I guess you need to do some tricky things to get to be able to post. Go in through your Workspace, not the community tab, and I had to reply to someone else's post before it would let me post a new thread.

Kathy hope you get it straighted out and soon. I haven't ordered from them in a long time. Sorry can't be of help.
