WOW had to check out the craft store sales for the new year today! HL has 1/2 off scrapbooking!!! Rubons, stickers, photo boxes, ALL SIZZIX, ALL adhesives, foam stamps, albums and pages, paper punches, and ALL paper!! I might have to sneak in a visit to check it all out this week!

Cool, huh? I saw that in the paper today. I will be at HL early tomorrow morning. I need/want a new sizzix die organizor. I went to Michaels with my 50% off coupon today and they didn't have one.... I really am trying to get things organized around here.

I didn't resist!! I went today and bought 4 of their foam alphabet stamp sets.....I had too, they were 50% off!! LOL I've also seen the possiblities of lots of diffrent alpha stamps in card making as well.....okay fine, any excuse! LOL
If it has letters, Kenda NEEDS it, LOL! Good Kenda, it is important to take care of one's needs, LOL!
Well, YEAH!! I must take care of ME. Right? Who else will? (though I am still "working" on DH....he has recieved a few "training" sessions lately....yes, I really meant vacuum EVERY day I'm at work...heehee, love the guy though!!) I"m all about taking care of one's self.....
LOL! I had to buy two packs of the foam alpha stamps...I couldn't buy any more cause I already had a few. I think I have the same affliction as Kenda. The funny thing was I was actually very sick (stuff head, runny nose, coughing) lady went I went. I just couldn't pass up the thought of stuff 1/2 off.
I was sad after I visiting HL. I went a looked at the Sizzix stuff. They one had a few things. They said they were not carrying the Sizzix line any more. Soo maybe they are discontinuing the Sizzix line. I really wanted to get another die cut organizer. Guess I better start looking around to see if I can find one before they are all gone.
I did manage to spend $20 on foam stamps, 2 small sizzix dies, and 15 sheets of paper. That made up a little for the Sizzix disappointment.

Weeellllllll....I just might have to go then. Sis called yesterday and had me go get the cookie cookbook she got me for Christmas. Tucked in the pages was a check to DH & I from her and her hubby! LOL I hadn't found it yet because I hadn't gotten that far into the recipes yet. The day before, Mom called to tell me all about all the cookies sis made out of the book, and really emphasized one particular recipe. Apparently, that was supposed to be a hint for me to go check out the recipe so I wound find the check! LOL I really can be so uncoroporative sometimes. Hmmmm...wonder if I could split the check with DH? I'll take my half and head to HL. LOL
