Hi Guys

I found a CD with 100 fonts and installed it, but it does'nt show up in Wordpad. I've got Win XP. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for the help :))

The usual question (in my department at work, at least ), have you tried restarting?

Second, are you looking in an existing document or creating a new one? I installed palatino because I had a document I brought home from work that needed it. Never could get palatino to work in it, so thought it hadn't installed. A few days ago I created a new document (PageMaker) & lo & behold, there was Palatino! So if you haven't tried creating a new document & seeing if the fonts are there.

Beyond those 2 suggestions, I'm no help.

Good luck!

Alicia

With XP all you have to do is install your fonts by accessing Fonts within your Control Panel. Somewhere within the File drop down menu you should find "Install Font" and from there you can select all the fonts on your CD or you can install them one by one.

XP has a great help feature and you can type in the search words "install fonts" and it will give you step by step directions on how to do so if you aren't familiar enough with Windows to follow along what I wrote here.
