Has this ever happened to you?

Have you ever finished a LO and then you come across even better pictures of the event? And you can't just make another page because you're out of the paper you used? What do you do? Try to peel up the mediocre pictures and replace them with the better ones?

The short answer is yes! I'd peel off the mediocre ones and add the better ones!

Just did this tonight with a Christmas LO. I thought I had all of the photos together and after I made the LO I found an envelope with a couple of more prints in it my DD had given me that were much better. I peeled the first ones right off - much better LO. Sandy

Ok, that's what I did! I redid page 4 of my DragonCon book with some pics my friend sent me. He was actually there for the event, whereas my pics were from the day after. So it's much cooler now.

Here it is:

I'll either dismantle the page and do it again with the new pics... or more likely I'll just do a whole new page with different paper.

Yes, that's exactly what I do..."peel up the mediocre pictures and replace they with the better ones." It does sometime tear the paper underneath, but the picture is going right back on top, so hasn't been a factor. Only once did it affect the area outside of the picture and I creatively covered it up. Not sure anyone would know. I've used dental floss with great success. I've tried using a product called Undue and I'm not too sure I like it yet. It did so so.

I've found the sooner I peel something off the easier it is. I think your glue will stick better as it ages. When it's fresh things seem to peel off easier.
