Working Feverishly...

...on my Barn pages... wasn't it just yesterday that the Barn was months away? Are we still at 12? I've cut, torn, and printed extra things along the way in case the number changes.

Me too! I was working on the first LO, deciding what I wanted it to look like and all when DS punched holes in it. Then this huge Easter Egg Hunt got in the way of the LO's! Now I'm moving this week, and the LO's still aren't really started. EEK! But I have a plan....move boxes during the day while the kids are at school, work on LO's in the afternoon and evening! If need be, pack boxes in the afternoon, and do LO's in the evening. When DS started throwing up at 3:00 this morning, I was really tempted to just get up and start back on my Barn pages. LOL

I started everything other a month ago and got a lot done. I haven't touched it since then. My only free night at home is wednesday right now. We've started sports (soccer, baseball, & t-ball). I don't have any help from my DH at the moment. With the business, this is his busiest time of the year. He's been working 15 hour days. Even working all weekend. I keep wondering when I'm going to find the time to finish. Yikes. It's really creaping up on us fast!!!!

You know some of you with the really busy schedules might think about finishing the pages at the barn. We're going there to scrap and visit why not scrap the Barn pages. I'm going to get mine done before, but I'm not moving and/or driving all over the United States. :) My kids aren't doing sport right now... well indoor soccer once a week doesn't really count.

I finished the last LO last night, minus the pictures. I have to print off about 8 pictures and create the the title page. I am really pleased with the way the pages came out. This was my first attempt at

6x6. I had fun with it.

I have to go shopping! I ran out of xyron tape, my zip pen is dry and my herma tabs are gone! Not to mention PAPER!

I can't wait!! See you all soon!

I haven't even started yet...so I may be finishing at the Barn. DH is out of town the next two weekends so that may help me out some...but I have a bridal shower this weekend. We'll see how much I get done. I have to make a store trip also. I need glue dots and some other stuff.

Reading about all of your plans and anticipations for the "Barn" make me a little sad...because Lori and I had hoped to drive up and surprize ! everyone for a few hours..but then we realized the Barn getaway is the same weekend as Derby. Well, everyone goes all out here in the way of festivities and plans are made way in advance. So both of us are very commited to the Derby carnival and had to scrap our plans. We will be thinking of youall and maybe even give a Mint julip toast your way. Have a wonderful time and know I am with you in spirit !!
