Additional Info about the Barn in I?ndiana

I spoke with the owner of the Barn yesterday. By 2006 they will be able to sleep 20 people. Their crop room is set up for 20 as well but that is one 6 ft table per person. We could share the tables in a somewhat better way.

The cost to us with the discount that I can get as a scrapbook business will be $236.36 per person if we are at least 20.

There is a hotel 12 or so minutes/miles from the Barn for the overflow and those people will still eat at the Barn etc. In fact those people will pay the Barn and the Barn would take care of all the charges, hotel included. That might be a good option for those who are thinking of coming up with spouses and children. It may also be that with more than 20 we will need to eat in two different groups.

The extra night charge is $75 for ONE night and they have to have at leasy 3 people stay to make it worthwhile.

Actually the price of 236 is good for a group of 11 or more.

I read they even have pickup service at the airport (see specials). I have been unable to access the new poll but this is my vote if I ever can get in to scrappersdreams

Yes they do have pickup IF you call ahead of making your reservations.

Thanks MC. I, myself would probably only be able to do a one day if its the barn. Being farly close to home. But I thinks it would be so exciting to get to meet everyone.
