Hello from Sabrina

I am here just not very often and cannot keep up. I want to welcome all of our newbees and happy birthday to all I have missed! Good to see all of you...I am being a super grandma and spending a lot of time with my little Madison...scrapping and spending as much time as possible with my two brothers that are battling Cancer right now. My brother Tom just went home yesterday from the hospital after his surgery...he sounded wonderful. Path report was excellent...no metastises My brother Jim is doing well. Going into the Brown Cancer Center next week for further evaluation. My little Madison had a couple of viruses and was genereous enough to give one to me!! Wasn't that special? I am doing fine now. My yard is a bloom with dogwoods and Lilacs and Magnolias so naturally , my eyes are crying and my nose is sneezing but it is glorious to see! We have had three days in the 8o's which is unusual at this time, causing lots of thunderstorms and tornados ! I do enjoy a good thunderstorm but can do without the wind!! I want to wish everyone a Happy and joyus Easter time and hope those celebrating Passover have had a wonderful experience. Fred and I are getting a visit from Madison today and we are coloring eggs for her a small basket. She is such a delight. We have not had a baby living close to us in over 25 years so we just enjoy and marvel at everything she does. She is such a happy baby and is begining to interact with everyone and "jabber". Her eyes are a beautiful blue and her hair is coming in with a reddish tint. I will eventually get caught up and start yakking again but in the meantime...you are all in my thoughts everyday and I do love you all...Have a wonderfu week end!!!

Hugs, Sabrina

So, nice to hear from you I know you have a lot going on in your life. My prayer go out to you and your brothers.

I'm sure Madison loves spending time her Grandma too. Sounds like you're forming a wonderful bond with her. My daughter had her night shirt on inside out and I asked why and she said, "Guess I'm Grandma's girl." My mom has always worn her night gowns inside out, because the tags bother her. Says even if she cuts them out it bugs her. There was my daughter doing the same thing. My mom just loved hearing that.

Lynne, I love that ! What a little angel she must be. We Grandma's love it when our little ones make us feel special. I think that is the most awesome thing about grandchildren....they just love you for no reason and nobody tells them to!! LOL

That is the joy of having grandbabies and great grandbabies....you get that enjoyment of a baby plus you don't have any responsibility other than love and spoil! Madison is my great grandbaby. I look at her and think...this is my baby's baby's baby ! Three generations in my lap!
