I just cleared out all messages since I seem to have problems downloading them. I just posted a new message and it showed up but then it says there are 103 unread messages and nothing is showing up. This is driving me nuts. Any suggestions? Elise

I'm having the same problem, not only with this ng, but also with other ones within the rec newsgroups.
Just a suggestion, you might try to unsubscribe feom RCS and resubscribe. Sometimes it loads wrong.

If you are using Outlook Express have you tried to RESET? Highlight rec.crafts.scrapbooks in your folder list...right mouse click and choose Properties...choose Local File tab in the Properties Box and hit the Reset Button. This will delete everything locally and download all the headers & messages again. It sound like the settings are the problem!!! Hope that helps!
