Kenda's BOM-new LO

Okay, M-C so kindly scanned this LO for me today so I wouldn't have to try and stitch it together. It is in my webshot account in my BOM album. It is called, "My Journey Continues" The first page I journaled. I tell about what I wanted to be when I grew up. What jobs I've had and how I got my current job. Also has a picture of me in front of the fire truck I'm assigned to. Though after talking with M-C I may replace the picture with one of me in my turnout gear. As when one thinks of a firefighter most people have the image of what one looks like as they are headed into a fire with all the gear on.

The second page has a space for journaling in the year 2015, to tell where I'm at in my life. (if I'm still at my job, what I'm doing) I will also include a picture taken that year. There is also room for journaling in the year 2025 and I will add a picture.

I showed the BOM to my oldest and explained what types of LO's I will be putting in and he said, "cool, it will be neat to remember the kind of car we have or what our kitchen looked like when I have kids of my own." Words of gold coming from him! LOL

Thanks for looking.

YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a volunteer for a few years (told you that already) in PA when I turned 21 I was with river rescue in Harrisburg PA as a volunteer for a short time... after one major flood I knew I didn't have what it took (emotionally). I so admire those of you that do!

Thank you, I hope to do many LO's for my BOM this year. It was inspiring when my oldest DS thought it was a neat idea.

Thank you Jean! Being a FF lets me give to others at a time when they really need it. I don't want to ever have another job!

Thanks Cathy! It's heart warming to think this was the same kid that couldn't stand being around me a year ago! He's come a long way.

Thank you Ally. By adding to it in the future it gives future generations a chance to see some history. I'm really excited about working on this BOM, it will truely be a long term project.
