LOs Posted (Digital)

I *finally* got some of the pages from my first album posted this afternoon, & AOL wouldn't let me get to any newsgroups. :::sigh:::

I made this album over 6 years before I ever heard of "digital scrapbooking". At that point I was self-taught on PageMaker & Photoshop, so the layouts were pretty simple. It was a great learning experience, tho, & my personal album projects (done for the first few years entirely at work after hours & on weekends) taught me tips & tricks that I was able to use for my job. My 9th album is currently a work-in-progress. Ah, I'd I'd only known then what I know now.

That was actually good for a first album and I love the idea of using the scanned wood tree. Thanks for sharing Alicia.

Hi Alicia

I love the "balance" of your pages and the simetry (spelling?). Good job! Hope to see more soon :)

Thanks, M-C.

And Lynne & everyone else. For some reason, AOL's only showing 2 responses to my post, tho I can find 7 on google. I see they haven't fixed the newsgroup problem that became apparent yesterday. Someone on another of my newsgroups noticed it, too.

I just posted a few pages from my second album, a gift for my parents on their

40th anniversary.

Can't say I really learned any exciting techniques for the second album, tho I imagine there was a little less "trial & error" than with the first.
