My CHA Trip (long)

I spent all day Sunday at CHA and had a great time. It is a little overwhelming because there is so much to see. We got through about 3/4 of the booths and I wish I could have gone back today to see the rest.

Provo Craft/ Cricut: They are coming out with several new cartridges. One is a Disney font and one is Disney shapes which I got to use in a make and take. I'll post a picture of it in my Webshots account. There are a couple more that you can see on their website. The Disney ones will be available in March. There is also a larger machine called Expression which will tat 12 x

12 or 12 x 24 paper. It comes out in May. It will use the same cartridges as the old one. They also have some new Cuttlebug things too.

Glitter is everywhere, paper, brads and letters. You name it and it probably has glitter on it! The newest thing in ribbon is velvet. The velvet rick rack is really pretty. Jewels are everywhere too.

Daisy D's has some nice glitter paper and some really cute polka dot albums. They also have two chipboard houses that you can decorate that are really cute. I guess they were using them in their ads and people were asking for them.

Imaginisce has some beautiful papers and lots of beautiful jewel and metal embellishments.

Die Cuts with a View has 3 or 4 new paper stacks, a kids stack that is really cute, two different glitter stacks, a wedding stack that is very elegant. They also have a new line of embossed and glitter cards. All of their latest stacks, Old World, Far East, Pocket Full of Posies, Once Upon a Time and the new ones will be available in open stock, so look for that too.

We R Memory Keepers has some cute new things too. They have three different colors of metal letters and some great floral paper (one of my favorites).

Mrs. Grossmans has some great new stickers. There is a line that is called Pen & Ink that are line drawings that are really cool. There are also some fun teacher stickers, flowers and animal stickers. There are also new sports stickers.

Maya Road has some beautiful ribbon and slides. They had lots of cardboard/chipboard samples in their booth that were really pretty.

Basic Grey has some pretty new papers.

Heidi Swapp has some really cute new papers and embellishments. She also had packages of large playing cards. I'm not sure what to do with them, but they were cute.

Making Memories has lots of really neat embellishments coming out.Glitter brads, new metal tags with a tag curler, velvet brads and stickers and loose glitter in bottles similar to the paint bottles. They have some really cute papers and beautiful lacy ribbons too.

There was one booth that we walked though at the end of the day (by then I was so tired) and I can't remember who it was. Anyway they have a new line of preteen/teen boy papers and embellishments that were really cool. They even used jewels on them and they looked really great.

That's the highlights. It was a lot of walking, but lots of fun.

I didn't order anything for me, although I did point out lots of things I liked to my boss. They only take wholesale orders, besides they only display one of each thing, so there isn't anything to buy. I will just have to wait until March or April when all the new things arrive in the stores.
