Has the info on the recipe swap been emailed? If it has I missed it, could you please send it.....It has been a really trying several weeks. My knee has been acting up (the knee cap won't stay in it's groove, it wants to ride up and out of it. had a dr. put it back in the groove thursday at P.T. that was NOT a good feeling) and I have missed a number of things lately. TIA!

I did get it. Thanks for sending it along again! Sorry I didn't reply sooner, pain pills have kicked in....4 more weeks of light duty with a change in the physical therapy and possibly surgery at the end of the 4 weeks. :(
