November Challenge

Now that we have only 3 days left in the month I thought I'd jump early for November's Challenge.

Been thinking about what I should be doing with my challenges and debated on if I should make them dealing with techniques, items, or trying products. I am trying to stay away from the specific product thing due to the amount and availability of products, so I'll just wing most of this. If any of you have any ideas what you'd like to see as a challenge, PLEASE, email me.

As for November's Challenge I've decided on.......

A poem and using three colors for the layout.

Pumpkins in the cornfields Gold among the brown Leaves of rust and scarlet Trembling slowly down Birds that travel southward Lovely time to play Nothing is as pleasant As an autumn day!

Nope. I found it surfing, when I was trying to figure out what to do. And unfortunately there is no note saying who wrote it, but I hope you have fun with this challenge.

I would love to get in on this one, but living in florida there is not much of the color change down here. It is either green or dead. Sometimes, I wish I lived up north still for the lo's of my son in the snow and leaves. My brother lives in DC but we don't get up there much.

Mel, I could get some photos from near DC if the colors are still bright if you'd like, then email them to you. I'll be down that way this weekend.

That would be cool, but not sure how I would incorporate it into anything that I am or will be working on. My sil might have some for me with the kids for thier book though. They live on the outskirts of dc in leesburgh

BAH.. i'm sure you can make it work, who says it had to be the change of the trees and such.. I'm sure you can find items and such that would match the colors in the poem as well as state what fall is to you in florida. :)
