looking for some help

Okay Gals & Guys -- I recently read somewhere in CK - on a layout description - about a product used to make cardstock letters cut out for titles "shiny or glossy" but the product name wasn't given - any ideas what this might be?

Also- I've recently seen a technique used where a photo is framed, however the inside edge of the cardstock (edge closet to the picture) has been left uneven and rolled/curled back - any thought on how this was done? Maybe wetting the paper???

Hoping all is well with everyone - and my prayers with all our California posters!

One product that does it is Crystal Lacquer by Sakura (I think). There is another product out, too, but right now the name escapes me. Will pop back in if I think of it before someone else does.

I think that may be it !!! I did a Google search and found several sources!!! The "pic" in the mag - didn't look 3D. Has anyone tried this?

I use crystal lacquer. It's so neat. I put some over water drop stickers and they look like they're really wet. You can also cover squares w/ it to make them appear to be tiles. It is dimensional (sp?), the more layers you put on the thicker it is. I imagine it's hard to tell w/ a pic on the 'puter.
