ok to advertise???

Just so everyone knows, I personally don't think there is anything wrong in putting a link in your signature to your online business, but that is just me and others might disagree. However if you want to talk about your store and any sales you might have, we do ask that you preface the subject with AD:

I have discoverred that a great way to place your ads is to go to alt.crafts.scrapbooks. That group since to be no talk and all ads and I for one do go there to see what is posted ad wise. We don't want RCS to become another alt, so I do send polite emails to people that do not follow our advertising policies.
