I have been in contact with Cec (Australia). She has not been on the NG for a while. If you remember she had issues with her foster child (nephew), family and social services. Things have not progressed well recently and T is still in respite placement. I don't want to go into any more details as that's up to her, but there has been a no contact order and the strain at this point is really hard on Cec and her DH. They have an anniversary (today) coming up as well as Cec's birthday (Apr
