OT: Checking in - BRIEFLY!!

Boy, one pops out for a couple days (hee hee!) and ya'll have been busy, yakking, making things, yakking, posting new things which I will NEVER catch up on and did I say yakking!!

(ducking)

Anyhow been all over the east coast TWICE in past two weeks and home for a day before heading to the other coast. It all has not been in naught though, got to meet someone new, aka Teresa (without "H" M.C.!) and we could have visited all night as we really have a lot in common, her dh retiring and in Army same time frame I was, her too and well the military is like that. We have something to compare, share, etc!!!

Then got to stop and see "mom sarina" and her dh (rather wicked looking like professor person!) We too could have yakked all day but i reall di want and need to get home.

Boy, err, Girls! (lol!) you do not know how ADDICTING this cotton pickin' group is!! I really miss all the comraderie!!

Well thought I would let you know as I need to try and do some reading and see what April is up too. as it seems everyone I talk too says she is up to something? I am going to have to spike her oats I guess - hee hee!

Dave, Glad you got home okay and wish I had been able to visit all day with you!!! I went home and just conked out on the couch. Breathing is a little better todfay. Fred and I are used to his new beard and didn't realize you had not seen it. lol Last time we saw Dave, DH just had his usual moustache and was wearing a cap...so Dave didn't see that he has, as my DGD says, bald hair ! So when we approached him,DH in his Sunday clothes ,no hat and new vanDyke beard...Dave hardly recognised him. He really does have a wicked laugh, too!! One of these days, we will have time to spend and we will yak away !
