Sounds like you had a great time......and I'm sure with lots of pictures to scrap. My youngest DD starts her freshman year at school this year. We went to orientation yesterday. Listened to the high school talk, met some of the teachers, got her schedule, toured the wing of the building where she will be, and met up with families and friends we had not seen all summer. They had a dunking booth, cook-out with great food, and a band for the kids. guess what I walked out of the house with-out? You got it....my camera. I ran into two scrappin buddies who also have freshmen this year and they had forgotten their cameras as well. Thank goodness the newspaper was there taking photos. I know I can get some from them. I think I'm going to start hanging a camera beside the back door to help me remember. Sandy

i loved Driggs, Idaho. and you are literally at the base of the Grand Tetons. the 4 highest peaks on the Tetons Mtn range. then just drive over the mountain (only takes about 30 minutes total) to Jackson Hole, Wy. it's really a cool little town. expensive, but really neat, especially downtown where everything is. they have a bar/restaurant called the Cowboy Bar. their barstools are saddles. Driggs is a great little town, great atmosphere. obviously i loved it there, we were only supposed to be gone 2 weeks....we were there for 4 weeks and would have stayed longer but DS (3YO) really needed to come home and get back to his routine. oh, and they have 2 really neat museums, one is the history through the years of the area and the other is a tv and film industry one. hey, you might even see Harrison Ford. he flys there all the time to his house. tons of airplane hobbiests

I just finished a book written by National Geographic about the Tetons. The pics in the book were gorgeous. I'm so jealous that you got to see them!
