I know that April is a huge cow fan but that there are others. Here is a link to a cow art show.

Wow! I thought of April today as I was reading about a local woman who has zillions of cow stuff, too. She likes the black and white cows and has big black magnetic spots on her refrigerator. Her house is full of cow stuff! LOL

April, Bismarck is the closest airport and only 30 miles from Salem Sue. You cannot miss her from I 94; she stands high on a hill. (We also have a new airport which should be opened up shortly; I understand it's quite spectacular, considering the size of our "metro" area.) If you're driving and also planning a trip to Mt. Rushmore, you must consider Medora. This is a restored western town in western ND and very close to where I grew up. Medora is quite a tourist attraction.

After Medora, you can drive east to Belfield (where I grew up) and take US 85 south to Mt. Rushmore. The drive from Belfield to Belle Fourche (pronounced Foosh), SD, is pretty long and boring. Well, except for the sheriff sitting in his patrol car in Amidon, which is town where you don't blink or you miss it. ;-) Arliss (in Bismarck)
