OT: Dentist

Oh goodness.. Hope it all works out and you get better soon.

LOL She just may share :) Ally has just started solid foods. Right now we are on stage 1. So far she's had Green Beans. Doctor said to start with Veggies.

That happened to a friend of mine. She won't eat popcorn to this day, she is terrified of popcorn. Hope you get better soon.

oh man... I hear you... I had that root canal a few weeks back and yesterday they finally filled it... and fixed another tooth I had problems with.. I can smile open mouthed again! WOOT! LOLOL

I dont want to scare you but my b.f just had 2 teeth pulled last week and now he has streo throat and sounds like 15 differnet people...lol...and he is in pain Yanya

Oh I'd rather give birth than go to the dentist! LOL

Prior to leaving for here, I had a root canal on an abcessed tooth. "It doesn't hurt... how is it abcessed?!?!?" Found the tooth jiggled so after the canal, I got a bone graft done. And the crown delivered the thursday before we flew out on sunday night for Deutschland. I have met my cap of what tricare(less) dental will pay for the year. A measely $1200... I overshot that by about $800. OUCH!

At least I'm good to go for awhile :D I really don't want to do the army dental care anytime soon!

I am having a root canal done as well as having two teeth extracted. I have jaw damage so it too will be carved away.

Right now the dentist capped the teeth so he could get authorization from my insurance to have everything done at once. It will be done on MOnday.

Larry is being a trouper but my tolerance for pain has gone "bye bye" I can't eat anything and I'm hurting so much.

Tylenol with Codine isn't helping much. At least Larry (DH) is letting me have ice cream for dinner.

Cross your fingers on Monday that the novicane takes and the pain is gone.

Susan....I made that remark to my dentist while I was pregnant and he said well make up your mind so I'll know how to adjust the chair!! LOL He was always cracking jokes when he had my mouth all gagged up!

Oh my goodness Kate! First I've seen about the dental probs! I know a root canal is TERRIBLE pain. You will feel a lot better once those nerves are removed. I know that no pain meds really seem to help. Good luck for tomorrow. I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayers that all goes well and that it is all over soon.
