Ok so don't laugh too loudly... I can not find the past post that told me where to find free digital scrapbooking sites. And Also Which ones are the best and then which one is easiest to use... well you see I really tried Smilebox, but I do not understand what costs and am afraid to use it until I understand how they charge... Does this all make sense??? Any and all help would be appreciated....
