The kids had the ceremony yesterday morning. It was just them, DH, myself, DS#2, & my parents. Oh, and the JP of course! We threw a "drop-in" reception for the last night. Our house was packed with people! It was fun, everyone seemed to have a great time. The kids recieved alot of wonderful gifts. We put the newlyweds up in a lovely little B&B in North Little Rock. DH knows the owner, and he gave us a HUGE discount. DH called when they left our house, the owner put out non-alcoholic champagen, lite candles in the room and put a rose on the bed. They said the place is really nice. (I would love to go in but I am unable to do any stairs right now and it's 3 stories!)
DS was given 10 of leave, this was unexpected. We thought they'd have to leave this Saturday. But now they will be leaving out after Christmas. I'm happy they will be spending it with us, I was so sick about them having to leave, find a place and not have family to spend Christmas with.
Deb and her crew came by last night, it was great to see them!! Deb's motorcycle is quiet enough I didn't hear it over all the guests we had! LOL
