Yesterday, DH & I and Abby went up to Tampa to the mall there and met Alton Brown. He's on the cooking show Good Eats on FoodTv. I took his picture with DH :) So hopefully sometime I'll do a LO about it! DH was very excited!! I just thought I would share this with everyone :) Thanks for listening :)

awesome.. I just couldn't master steaks until I watched his show now I'm the one stuck cooking them! LOLOL... did you know he isn't a chef.. just an actor... who liked to cook.. I think its awesome how it came about... and that lady (asian) that always acts mad? Thats his chiropractor!!! LOLOLOL

Oh we just LOVE him in this house! We have most of his shows on DVD and DH just idolizes him. My dad is a big fan too. And he was a great commentator on the Iron Chef America, which wasn't half as bad as the Japanese version (no offense meant to it's fans!) Can't wait to see him do his one hour special on SALT in May... :)

I saw that show for the first time last week. I learned lots! I do beleive I need to see the one about steaks...thanks Ronni, I really hate having the boys make fun of my charred ...ahhem grilled food. (Kenda doesn't grill very well!) Glad you got to meet him. How exciting for everyone!

Oh awesome!! Yeah he was a good commentator :) DH was reading something to me about Salt in his cookbook last night. I was half asleep LOL :) He showed everyone how to make Beef Jerky yesterday with a box fan and fan filter thingies :)

Sorry. I didn't have your phone number and it was in St Pete at Tyrone Square. I promise that the next time I come up that way I'll let you know :) I wanted to go to Scraptopia in Brandon. The only scrapbook store open on Sunday's up there, but it was an hour from where we were going to be. I'm hoping to go sometime :) maybe we can set something up to meet at Scraptopia or something like that. That would be neat :) You rate very high. I'm so sorry :(
