Okay, I searched and searched. I can't figure it out. Can someone please help me to include a signature line into my posts. Thanks a bunch. Really appreciate the help.

You appear to be using google groups and there is no way to automatically add a sig when posting through google. If you want a sig then you will have to use a newsreader which supports signatures.

Chrissy, Just post your signature once just typed in with your goal and done and then from time to time when you remember, it isn't a big deal, just a way to stay motivated.
