Sounds like a great idea. I actually am working on putting together at least 2 page kits to take with me to the hospital tomorow in visit DH. Count me in. I just have to figure out how to get a signature her on RCS.

Because I come via Google a signature line is not possible but I'll try and remember to update it.
So I'll play.

Sounds like a plan M-C! :-) I have been making more cards lately than layouts. I still have shoeboxes of pictures to scrap! I will have to do an updated signature line for my totals because I use Google.!

I wish. I actually will probably be a little slow over the next month since I just did a three day weekend crop. It usually works that way.

I am. And the thing is, I spend quite a bit of time on each layout, usually at least two hours.
I don't do a lot of albums to be honest. I did a baby book for the first 18 months of each kids life then I keep one chronological album for the family (works out to be about two albums a year). I have friends who do duplicate layouts for each kid! I also am doing a home renovation album and an elementary school album for ds. I completed his preschool albums already (one for each of three years) and will do the same for dd starting next year when she starts school. I'm sure in the future I will be doing a hockey album for ds and any other long-term activities for either of them.
I know several of my friends keep individual albums for each child, separate albums for each holiday, birthday albums, albums for each vacation...I just can't do it that way. I like to look at a year and remember all of the memories from that year in one place. As for the kids splitting up the albums after I pass? I figure the color copy technology will be so good by then that they can make copies of what they want from the family albums and divvy them up.
I know my method doesn't appeal to everyone, but it keeps me sane. I'm sure I'll do more specialty albums over time, but I'll continue to be choosy about it.

I'm with you Jenn. I just do one album and if anyone wants copies then I will make them. I only have one child so it is pretty easy to just do one family album. I do separate albums for vacations though.

Okay! I better add my name to the list for the March/April Challenge. Counting pages will help me as I usually always do a two page LO. I'm going to set my goal at 20 pages. I have two crops to attend before it ends, so I might make it using kits.
