Aaargh! Help with lentil press instructions

I've Googled and read and searched and can't find the excellent instructions someone just recently posted on how to get a lentil to come out just right. I wanted to print it for Mike and now I can't find where the message is hidden.

Help, please? Would the kind person who posted it jog my memory?

It was Lori who answered my question about the lollipop. They are basically done the same way.
