Does anyone ever buy off of HSN or SAH rather than QVC? Next weekend both of them are supposed to have some scrap stuff. Just wanted to know if people were happy with what they got if they've shopped there before.

My persoanl experiences with HSN have been bad. Last year I bought things from them twice. They billed my cc TWICE on one occasion and trying to get them to refund the second was a nitemare. that is where i learned t difference of usig a bank or debit card vs. a cc. The other instance was really rotten quality control on shipping. They literally threw te stuff in one of those soft cardboard boxes and a book had EVERY corner damaged. There was no packing or anything in the box. You have to go thru a "system" to get a return authorization.
I have never heard of the other one you mentioned and NBC als ohas a shopping network. I have had good luch with the times I ordered from QVC though nad the difference in their stuff is great compared to HSN.

Thanks Dave, that's what I needed to know. You'd think these businesses would realize that in the computer age people can really network about their hobbies and will give negative publicity to places that screw them.
SAH is Shop At Home, there are several home shopping channels I get through DISH and I've never dealt with any of them until I heard QVC had great scrapbook supplies. I loved my first order last fall and am anxiously waiting for my order of This and That frames and embellishments.
You will love the frames and embellishments. I am very happy with them. I am not going to state how much I spent on QVC last weekend but a word of advice is "Don't mix QVC and Pain Pills" The UPS guy even laughed at me.
I have bought from QVC, SAH and HSN. Until I bought my Sidekick from SAH I did not have a problem with any of them. The problem with the Sidekick order is that it was not shipped when promised. I called about it and was given a new shipment date - it did not get shipped then either. After a third call, I was told I would get a $10.00 credit for my problems - I never got the credit. But, I did finally get the Sidekick. I just ordered from them a couple weeks ago and received the item without any problems.

I've only ordered from QVC, so far nothing anyone else had has made me swipe the plastic! I hace to say though that QVC customer support is without equal in my books. I called them on a couple of occasions after not receiving something and they overnighted the missing items. No muss, no fuss!
