Managed to get a whole roll of wadding posted to me from the UK and it was really reasonable and took less than a week to get here! DH thought that if I was ordering it, best to get a whole roll rather than bits - his words!!! So I'd better do some sewing now.
We went away on the weekend and visited the Centre Europeen du Patchwork in South of France, but I was a little let down - no fabric to buy all ready made stuff and I wanted to shop :(
There were some beautiful quilts and I feel all inspired now, just need a few more hours in the day 'cause the grass needs cutting, the children need feeding and so does DH! & the house needs tidying ........ I need an excuse to sit down for an hour and play!!
