authentic Kings Crown or not?

Nope... it's called Lexington. Worth about $50.... not sure how much the silver base is worth. It's not part of the original Lexington set.

Thanks, I figured that you would know. Still it is real purdy, but the Greyhound thing alone may cost more than it is worth.

They are really pretty. I see them at antique stores now and then. Keep your eye out. You may find one in your town.

I had to go see what you were talking about. It is a beautiful set. I love to look at things like that, but would have no where to put it. BTW Evansville is where I do a lot of my shopping. I'm about 45 minutes north. Sandy

My great-grandmother used to have a lot of ruby glass and this punch bowl and set would have been right up her alley.

Although she died in 1989 at age 97, I still (and my sister too) smile when I see ruby glass.

I already have 2 punch bowl sets so if I buy another one I will give away one that I already have so I have room for it.

My mom gave a few pieces and some goblets and since my Pennsbury Pottery collection is just about complete I thought I would add to her pieces.
