Printing photos from home

I have a Canon All-in-One Photo Printer & plan on printing more photos from home (its more convenient). I am going to Sam's or Costco tomorrow to buy some photo paper, as I think I can get the best deal there. Is there a type of photo paper (brand, type) that is best or that you prefer? Do you prefer glossy or matte? Thanks.

I've found that if I stick to what my printer recommends then I get better prints. I found that the Kodak photo paper in my HP Photo printer is really washed out. It was the reverse when I had a cannon printer, the HP photo paper was washed out and the Kodak had a better color. I'd recommend consulting your owners manual..... just my 2 cents.....

Cherie,

I see Kenda already made the same suggestion I was about to make--for best results, go with what the manufacturer recommends.

That said, I have tried and got good results with the "Print Works" ultra premium glossy paper. The key is to experiment with your printer/ink/paper combination.
