before thinking about doing something like this. I saw a show about this and NOBODY got paid for the items they made. The company told them they were "sub-standard" even though the TV show people had hired professionals to make the items. The company charges you for the supplies ("deposit") then after you ship them, they send you a letter saying they aren't up to par. If you want the stuff back (to maybe sell at a craft fair?) you have to send them money for postage. The one person I actually know who did this said she sent them a check, which they cashed, then they never sent her stuff. Four months later they finally sent her a refund for the postage because the items had "mistakenly been destroyed". Think of it this way...if they were legitimately doing something like this (or envelope stuffing or whatever), WHY would they need mail the stuff to people? Wouldn't they have local people beating down their doors to do this type of work?
