Actually - I really do get sore. So if I'm in for a marathon session, I try to plan ahead enough to vary my work. For example: I sit and crop for a while, then get up and pound eyelts in the floor for a while, then sit a while longer, then stand up and sort papers or something. The biggest thing for me is to remember to raise my eyes and look out some or to even sit my back and butt completely back against hte chairback for a while. This helps keep you from pulling it all over into your head and neck and releaves tension in the shoulders.
