Recipe Swap is postal!

Thank you ladies this was a great group. Not one single flaker and this is the first time that's happened with the swaps I've done. I'm very proud to have been a part of this swap with you. Looking forward to many more.

Hugs, Lynne

I look forward to getting all of them. I have the "swap" book all set up with page protectors so when they arrive, in they go.

You have hosted so many good swaps, I'm glad that this one is everything you wanted it to be and with minimum difficulty.

If you don't want to know about the reipe, quit reading NOW, LOL!

For those who read my recipe, it is an old family favorite. It is usually served like a stew over potatoes as Belgians just love potatoes and bread! It's really yummy. The only place I've found it on the menu was in a little Belgian restaurant in NYC within walking distance of Ground Zero. Very yummy!

There are some differences in thinking on what beer to use. Some use a brown beer and others a light blond beer. Frankly booth work for me and the light is easier to find. Remember the alcohol in te beer does cook off so it is kid friendly. I remember eating it as a very young child and look how I turned out. Well OK, that may not be the best endorsement, LOL!
