Scrap a Card loaded

Ok, so it's not the tin, but I'm getting to that! LOL I was introduced to the scrap-a-card idea at a Stampin' Up! thing. Well, I had these beautiful pics of DD that were screaming to be scrapped! LOL The idea behind a scrap-a-card is the receiver cuts the card in half and uses the front and inside in a brag book. I'll send this card to my mom with the instructions that she must share it with my sis. (For copyright purposes, I've notated copyrights on the scan of the stamped images and the photo.)

By the way....this scrap-a-card thing is SO easy!!!! Muwahahahaha!!!!!

Oh! The scrap-a-card is in the Misc. Layouts album.

What a neat idea. How big is the scrap-a-card? The pictures of your daughter are so adorable. I love her smile.

I wasn't able to view your card. No albums are public.

What a great idea. I'm sure your mom will appreciate it. It looks like you had lots of fun.

Thanks Cathy! The scrap-a-card is 6 x 6 folded. So you just cut a piece of cardstock 6 x 12, then fold in half. Yes, I do have a beautiful DD, don't I? (Nope, I'm not proud of her.) :-) I ttell her, not only is she pretty on the outside, she's pretty on the inside because she's so sweet and fun and loves everybody.

grrrrrr......I can't understand why you're the only one who can't view them. Can I beat Yahoo photos into submission until it lets you see them? I swear all my albums are public to everybody! I'll ask my free tech-support if he knows a solution....aka...I'll ask DH. I wonder if it could be something with AOL's settings?

Thanks Lorilee! It was lots of fun. The only thing my mom will have a hard time with is deciding which one she keeps and which one goes to my sis! LOL

That will indeed be a hard decision, both inside and outside are beautifully done.

Deb that is an awesome picture of miss E!!!! She is so photogenic! The idea of the scrap a card is great! I have to admit that I now scrap some of my cards with the idea that they could be used as embelishments.

I second that, she is an awesome little girl and I'm not her mommy!

That's what I do to a lot of the cards I receive from scrappin friends. They are great for journaling that is out of sight from the casual viewer. Sandy

an awesome little girl who told me yesterday she has 2 boyfriends! LOL We talked about how we can't do that because it's not very nice to the boys.
