And then I look at mine and mine are . . . bleh.
I know what the problem is, I know I don't use enough stuff and that's why mine look so plain. But at the same time, whenever I try to use lots of stuff and fill up space, mine look cluttered instead of . . . full.
I also have a hard time using embellishments that aren't somehow relevant to what the page is about. It looks nice when other people do it, but when I'm making the decision myself I'm like "But why? Why put buttons there? Why have flowers? This page isn't about buttons or flowers." And if I do it anyway I laugh at myself.
So to make my pages look as full as other peoples' I'd have to have tons of embellishments that do relate to the theme, which would be overkill and also silly.
Is it just a fashion to have pages with lots of stuff on them, a trend that may pass, or are they really "better" pages?
