Scrapbook Answers Magazine. is no more

Oh no! I just renewed my subscription! I wonder why. I really liked that mag! :( I ordered the issues I'm getting now , but didnt order the disc. When I ordered it was thru a 'pick one of these mags' offers and it didnt give the disc with it. So I renewed ordering the mag. I'm thinking about calling them to see whats up!

I'll pout with you. I really liked the magazine, and would pick one up whenever I could. Was even going to ask for a subscription for Christmas. Hopefully it won't take long for you to get your refund from your subscription!

This sucks!! I just renewed my subscription last month for two years. It is he best of the mag's out there in my opinion. I actually read it cover to cover, INCLUDING the ads - LOL!! (gotta find new shopping sources - LOL!)

Anyhow I wonder what we are going to do or get for our subs - just let it go for goodness sake - GRRR!!

I will miss it.

My one consolation is Scrapbook Inspirations. It is a european mag, costs ~8 bucks and I have to haunt the bookstore to make sure I get a copy each month but the layouts and projects are fabu.

It is obvious that they didn't know it was coming. I was lucky enough to get the ads they owed me in that last magazine. It will be interesting to see if I get any nibbles from the ad! I sure hope so!

I wasn't all that impressed with this latest issue. In months previous to this one, I've really liked it. But this one is just different. I don't know what it is, the layouts are all in the center of the pages, making the center of the layout in the crease of the mag... very poor organization as far as the mag goes. Some of the layouts were weird too. Some part of me wondered if they knew they were going to fold and decided to 'dump' this issue ... kwim? I normally love this mag, this month was weird. :( I don't want them to leave...

Anyone got any good suggestions for other mags? (good ones.. ) Christina

I really hate to hear this as I love this magazine!! I pouted for a while when I heard this.
