I read on another board about The Scrapbook Place. They have been complained about numerous times to the Better Business Bureau. The complaints on the board were that they ship the wrong items, charge for items and then never ship them, don't refund after said wrong items are sent back. The list just went on and on. I decided to warn you guys here about them because I don't want any of you guys wasting your money. Jacqui
