I've read that the DVR can be converted to a low end of 100 rpms. Does anybody know what is involved and cost?

You have to order a new board for it.
I had my headstock burn up on me. Got it replaced along w/ a new board. My low end is now 100rpms.
Rob, Where did you get the lathe? Woodcrafters tells me you have to buy a new headstock.thanks, Guy
I got my lathe at woodcraft - but the headstock burned up on me.
Tecknatool sent me a new one - I asked them about upgrading the board - they said it would be a 60$ charge to do it - which was fine.
Shoot them an email directly - the board replacement is pretty easy.
