Yeah, I don't get a chance to even get down to see Gigi and Darrell. Actually my Bipolar disorder and anxiety attacks got worse and the thought of being in that small room trying to scrap gives me anxiety just thinking about it!! LOL!! But I should drop in some day and just say Hey! to them!! I miss Gigi!! I'm glad yer lad is doin good!! Cynth

Congratulations on your loss Cynth!! My MIL has lost 60 lbs in almost a year with diet and exercise. My husband has lost 65 lbs doing a weight loss program. It's a tremendous feat and you should be commended. Keep it up!

Thanks Patty. I had what is called a laproscopic gastric band placed on my stomach. It has been a tremendous tool in my weight loss.
