Another beautiful card from my SS. Yes, I too wish the goodwill would last all year. The thing I love most about Xmas are the wonderful sights and sounds. People decorate and things look so bright and shiny. I love the time spent with the family, especially the grandkids. Love seeing their faces while opening their gifts. Can't flash the camera fast enough to get them all! LOL. I received my Xmas present early on Dec 11. It was a cockatiel and cage!! I had been wanting one since seeing my sisters 2 birds and my daughter and her family bought him for me-named Frosty in honor of one of my husbands nick names! (Jack Campbell aka Jack Frost) They had just had him delivered that day so had to get him over to my place. I am so happy-not allowed to have pets here so cats and dogs are out but I figured the bird isn't too bad. Lol. He will be company for me as the loss of my husband of 43 years is still so fresh with me. The bird and rec.crafts.scrapbooks will be my companions!
