Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone had used the "stampin' up" "stampin' around" tool, without the little ink cartridges. Isn't it possible to just roll the "wheel" onto a stamp pad to ink it? I know the cartridge is supposed to give it nice coverage, but I don't want to have to buy all the different colors, when I already have a gazillion ink pads. Please let me know what you have experienced with this product. Thanks a bunch!! ~Frustrated Lisa in CT

Good question Lisa in CT! I haven't bought any of the wheels yet and if they can be used with ink pads I might have to order a few.

I have about 10 of the "Stampin Up'" "Stampin' Around" wheels. I use them on stamp pads all the time. Like you said I don't want to buy the cartridges in every color when I have a ton of stamp pads all ready. I have bought the black and when I bought the leaf one I bought a double color cartridge that looks really nice. Rest of the time I'm rolling on stamp pads.
